NHS Forth Valley

NHS Forth Valley is governed by a Board of Directors and is accountable to the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing through the Scottish Government Health Directorate.

 

The Board controls an annual budget of £421 million, and is responsible for providing health services and improving the health for the population of Forth Valley.


NHS Forth Valley is a single integrated system comprising acute hospital services, and community based services which are delivered through three Community Health Partnerships in Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Starling.

 

Forth Valley has a population of nearly 300,000 and covers a geographic area from Killin and Tyndrum in the North and Strathblane and Bo'ness in the South.

 

There are three NHS Forth Valley Services operating out of Forth Valley Sensory Centre.  These are:
