Fishing Spots around Falkirk

Opportunities for fishing in the Falkirk area include the River Carron by Denny and Millhall Reservoir by Falkirk.

 

 

River Carron

 

Brown Trout, Sea Trout and Salmon can be fished for between the 15th March and the 16th October. Sunday fishing is for brown trout only.

Millhall Reservoir

 

Brown Trout and Rainbow can be fished for between March and November and both bank and boat fishing are permitted. Three boats are available for hire, including one for wheelchair users. Advance booking is advisable. Casting tuition is also available.
