Barbara Davidson Pottery
Established in 1964 by Barbara and her then fiancé, Brian, the Larbert based pottery offers visitors the opportunity to purchase a wide range of products as well as learn about the processes involved and even have a go themselves!
Over the last 30 years Barbara and her apprentices have produced everything from dinner services to table lamps and carried out special commissions. Now, the majority of products are hand thrown stoneware everyday, useable products, both plain and decorative.
The workshop is open outside of July and August and pre-arranged demonstrations are welcome for a small charge. A video presentation can be shown when no work is being carried out.
During July and August both adults and children can Have a Go at making their own pots. For £2 you will receive tuition and be able to take away your own small pot ready for decorating.
