Skill Force

Skill Force aims to deliver inspiring programmes that increase the number of young people entering education, employment and training on leaving school.  
 
Courses draw together vocational qualifications, community work and life skills in a classroom and outdoor activities based framework. Instruction and mentoring is provided mainly by ex-armed forces personnel, who develop a close working relationship with individuals and instil a culture of respect and mutual support.
 
Skill Force delivers recognised qualifications and develops life skills. This produces positive outcomes for students, improved results for schools and untold benefits for the wider communities.
