Civil Partnership Fees

Statutory Fees for all Civil Partnership Registration

 

With effect from 01 April 2010 the fees set by the Registrar General by Act of Parliament are:

 

Statutory Fees for Civil Partnership Registration.

Civil Partnership Notice Fee (£30 per person) (non-refundable)	£60.00
Civil Partnership Certificate (Current Register Only)	£9.00
Civil Partnership Registration Fee	£55.00
Total	£124.00

Please note that the Statutory Fees are for Civil Partnership Registration only.

 

 

Additional Fees for Civil Partnership Ceremonies set by Falkirk Council

 

In addition to the above Statutory Fees, Falkirk Council has set the following charge for an Authorised Registrar to conduct:

• a) civil partnership registration with/without ceremony within an Approved Licensed Venue:
• b) civil partnership registration with ceremony within a Falkirk Council Ceremony Room:
• c) civil partnership registration only within a Falkirk Council Ceremony Room out with normal working hours

Please note a Civil Partnership Booking form must be completed.

 

A non refundable booking fee deposit of £100 is required at time of booking; however, the deposit will be deducted from the attendance fee on submission of your legal paperwork.
