RD4U is a website designed for young people by young people. It is part of Cruse Bereavement Care's Youth Involvement Project and is here to support people after the death of someone close.

The Samaritans helpline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - you call them on 08457 90 90 90. You can also contact The Samaritans by email – jo@samaritans.org|. They aim to reply to emails within 24 hours but if you need to speak to someone immediately please call the advice line.

Sands offers support for parents and families whose baby is stillborn or dies soon after birth. The helpline offers confidential one-to-one support by experienced workers who can listen, offer support and give information if you want it.
