The Big Plus for Business offers employees and employers information about how improving reading, writing, number skills and confidence in the workplace can improve productivity, profitability and encourage a positive attitude towards changes in the workplace. Courses are tailored to meet individual needs.
Skillseekers & Modern Apprenticeships
Skillseekers is a training programme for young people who want to develop skills and equip themselves for the world of work. It's open to people who have left school and have a job or who are looking for work.
Modern Apprenticeships offer those aged over 16 paid employment combined with the opportunity to train for jobs at craft, technician and management level. They are an exciting way of gaining skills and qualifications that will help to start a career without having to study full-time, and are available now across a wide range of industries.
