Nutrition
Eating the right foods in the right quantities will help you maintain a healthy mind and body. It will help to control your weight and can protect you from certain diseases.
To find out what these foods are and how to incorporate a healthy diet into your lifestyle we have provided links to several organisations who offer extensive information and advice.
In December 2007, Kersiebank Community Project ran a series of healthy eating classes to encourage people to adopt a healthier lifestyle. The classes taught straight-forward cooking skills using cheap, healthy recipies, some of which can be downloaded from their page on the Falkirk Council website|.
