Girl jumping for joy

In addition to healthy eating and exercising there are other ways we can look after our mind and body.

There are a wide range of complimentary medicines available that can be used to treat a variety of ailments.

Hypnotherapy, which has been widely researched, has also been successful in the treatment of many conditions including anxiety, phobias, addictions, insomnia and high blood pressure. And if you find it difficult to relax there are techniques which you can learn, the BBC has practical examples that you can try. Or why not take up yoga? The yoga website has video workouts which you can download and try for yourself. Follow the links below for further information on mind and body.
